Back on Line

Well here we are in February not sure how that happened i feel like ive been in a time warp with no internet or landline, Ive been with Sky almost 6 yrs and upgraded everything in December then on 22nd jan found i had no internet or phone line when i contacted sky I got through to an advisor who told me i had cancelled my services, new to me anyway to cut a long story short he was very rude and unappologetic and not willing to help or put me through to someone who could, so i got on the phone and sent off an email to the CEO of sky and within 5 minutes i had a call from exec support team who advised me Bt had taken over my services in errror and i had to have a new line etc and this would take a couple of weeks, well today 2nd feb i have finaly been reconnected and can only appoloigise to anyone who is waiting for reviews to be posted these will be done this week. Glad to be back.
